Cancellation Policy
We truly value your business, respect your time and always look forward to seeing you! Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you! We understand that schedule adjustments and unforeseen circumstances occur. However we respectfully ask, should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24-48 hours in advance. An advance 72 hour confirmation and 24 hour reminder will be sent via text/email. Our policy requires a minimum 24-hour advance cancellation notice to avoid 50% ‘same-day cancellation’ charges of your scheduled services. In the event you miss your appointment without giving notice, you will be assessed a 100% charge of scheduled services.
Should Skintique require ‘same-day cancellation’ to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, Skintique courtesies will be extended accordingly.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve an appointment and will be credited to the cost of your treatment. This applies to both new and existing clientele.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS
According to our appointment policy, it is crucial for all clients to confirm their appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to confirm within this time frame will result in the cancellation of your appointment. Furthermore, please note that unconfirmed appointments cannot be guaranteed availability based on our automated wait list system and may result in deposit forfeiture.
LATE ARRIVALS
All Skintique appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each treatment. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience for optimal results. A 15-minute grace period is generally provided but please be aware that late arrivals will not necessarily be afforded extension of treatment time. We will always try our best to accommodate, although dependent on the treatment being provided, if you elapse the grace period, your appointment may need to be cancelled or if applicable, rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment time. In either circumstance you will be responsible for payment of the full service that was initially scheduled.
GIFT CARD REDEMPTION
At this time, gift cards cannot be redeemed directly online. To schedule your desired appointment, please book as you normally would through our scheduling site. A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. However, if you are redeeming a gift card, this deposit will be fully refunded to you on the day of your service.
